Visa Process
You can meet with us personally or have a telephone/skype conversation at your convenience with our India or New Zealand based office. After considering your course choice, qualifications and marks we are able to suggest the direction.
Select course and college
You can then select course and institute. Having done that, our friendly staff will guide you through to make the whole process very easy i.e. documentation, fees and the visa process. We do not charge for our service and it is absolutely FREE.
Apply for offer letter
Having decided on your course of study and the institute, we assist you complete the application forms. You will be required to submit several documents including proof of previous academic qualifications and if necessary, the proof of your English language ability. Once the institute is satisfied, they will issue the Offer Letter necessary for the purpose of obtaining visa.Our team in New Zealand will track the progress of your application and keep you posted.
You will be then required to undergo medical examination by a doctor approved by NZ Government. You can find the NZ Government approved doctor by clicking here:

Police Clearance Certificate must be obtained as soon as possible.
You must submit evidence of sufficient funds for maintenance during your stay in New Zealand. Student Advisor recommends “Funds Transfer Scheme” (FTS) offered by the ANZ bank. Our team in New Zealand can help you with this.

- The scheme is a lot easier than other funding options– where lot of documentation is required
- Applications submitted under this scheme normally not subjected to in-depth fund assessments, reducing processing time
Visa lodgment
Once all the documentation is ready, the visa application will be lodged with the Immigration. Just like your admission application, Student Advisor will keep you updated as to the progress of your application by keeping in contact with the visa office on your behalf.
Pay fee after visa
On receiving the “Approval in Principal” of your visa from the New Zealand Immigration, tution fees are required to be paid. At this point, those students using the FTS will also need to transfer their living expenses contribution into their ANZ bank account.
Get passport stamped
On submission of evidence of fee payment, visa is normally stamped on the passport. Thereafter you can safely make travel arrangements and ticket booking can be done.

On arrival New Zealand, a Sim card is issued to our students preloaded with balance so they can easily communicate with their family.
